Karen Peacock is the CEO of Intercom, the modern customer communications platform that helps companies build strong customer relationships, drive growth and scale. Intercom is used by sales, marketing and support teams at companies like Amazon, Microsoft, Shopify, Lyft and over 25,000 others to engage and support their customers and prospects. Intercom has been named one of the top 100 private cloud companies globally by Forbes in the Cloud 100 for five years in a row.
Before joining Intercom, Karen served as the Senior Vice President of Small Business at Intuit, where she was responsible for all of Intuit’s products and services for small business, including QuickBooks accounting, payroll and payments. During her time at Intuit, she helped build one of the world’s largest SaaS product lines and grew it to $2.5B in revenue. Karen received an M.B.A. from Stanford’s Graduate School of Business and a B.A. in Applied Mathematics from Harvard University. Karen has served on the board of Dropbox since 2019.
